Covid-19 Compliance

Your safety is our number one priority. As we return to in-person summits, we are
implementing COVID-19 safe protocols. We have devised these protocols in partnership
with the venue, and consultation with guidance from all relevant authorities.

COVID-19 Protocols

We look forward to welcoming you to DTx West 2022 and we are committed to making this event as Covid safe as possible.

 

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend DTx West 2022 in person.

We are running a Covid safe environment at The San Mateo Marriott.

 

 

During the event:

  • Attendees are encouraged to be fully vaccinated or tested negative for Covid-19.

  • All surfaces will be regularly cleaned.

  • Sufficient space will be provided to enable social distancing.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available.

  • Anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 infection will not be admitted.

 

Entry to the event

We recommend attendees are fully vaccinated, and/or complete a COVID-19 test prior to attending DTx West.

Covid test centres are available close to the venue in San Mateo. For more information please go to https://covid19.ca.gov/. You may be able to receive a free test in your home state, so we would advise you to check this before you travel.

During the event

If you experience any symptoms of a potential Covid-19 infection, we request that you do not attend the event. (Your in-person ticket automatically provides full access to the online version of DTx West 2022). You should take a test, and if the result is negative you may rejoin the event.

As of February 2022, those who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask indoors. The venue does not require proof of vaccination for entry to the conference. However, being vaccinated or tested negative is encouraged.

In and around California during the event

If you are vaccinated, the state of California does not require you to wear a mask indoors. We do recommend that you carry your proof of vaccination with you, in case you are asked to present this. For further information and up to date requirements, we recommend that you contact a venue before you visit. In general, getting vaccinated and testing for Covid-19 if you are exposed is strongly encouraged.

Attendee Options

Holders of in-person tickets can attend the event at any time subject to the Covid-19 protocols.

Online ticket holders can upgrade to in-person for a fee.

In-person ticket holders automatically have full access to the online version of DTx West 2022.

If you are unable to attend DTx West 2022 due to Covid-19, please contact alison@greygreenmedia.com . We will arrange to refund the difference between an in-person and online ticket once we receive proof of your positive covid test.

These protocols apply to in-person ticket holders, and are based upon the local and national guidelines published on 21st February 2022. These protocols will only change should there be a change to local or national requirements.
